The Motivational Coaching Masteries Course invites coaches to explore the art and science of motivation through the lens of the IAC Coaching Masteries®. Rooted in reflective practice, experiential learning, and peer connection, this course cultivates both professional competence and personal transformation. Participants will deepen their coaching presence, expand their ability to evoke insight and possibility, and strengthen the skills needed to support lasting transformation in others—and themselves.
By the end of this course, participants will:

Develop the mindset and skill set of a motivational coach, able to inspire insight, commitment, and sustainable action through curiosity, trust, and partnership.

Demonstrate the ability to Invite Possibility (Mastery #8) by helping students explore new perspectives, options, and potential actions.
Apply Perceiving, Affirming, and Expanding the Client’s Potential (Mastery #2) to strengthen clients’ self-belief and confidence in their capabilities.

Demonstrate proficiency in conducting full coaching sessions that reflect fluency across multiple Masteries and align with the IAC standards of excellence.
Use the IAC Masteries Feedback Form to provide feedback and peer reflection to refine coaching style, language, and emotional intelligence in real-time practice.
Explore coaching outcomes measurement tools and strategies for assessing client progress and coaching effectiveness.
Develop an action plan to sustain motivation and mastery, including support systems, supervision, and ongoing professional learning.
